There are 34 larger estate homes designed and constructed by Gigliotti Builders; they are located in two separate circular arrangements accessed by a roadway that goes around a landscaped center island in a cul de sac. The back of most homes overlook wooded areas or the river.
Townhomes
Designed and constructed by Ryan Homes, there are 21 townhomes arranged in two separate areas; ample parking is very close to the units. Many have finished walk out basements.
