Tara Kemp-Bagdonas volunteered to return to the Board in February to assume the role that Mr. Monahan gave up.
As of the June 2017 Board Meeting the only nomination ballots received from community residents in response to letters and emails sent to residents were from the two board members whose terms were expiring, Phil Monahan and Dennis Haggerty. Based on the votes received they were reelected for another term. Note that Mr. Monahan subsequently resigned his position on 11/24/17.
Board Members are nominated by any homeowner and elected to the Board by an annual mail-in vote of all owners and by owner attendees at the Annual Meeting in June of each year. The term of office is for 3 years with overlapping terms for individual members. Home Owners are solicted each year to provide nominations for new members; you can help your community by participating.
The Board is also always looking for interested homeowners to participate on a committee or task force to deal with specific community issues on a more temporary basis (see Important Issues for details). Please contact CPM (Jon Kotler) per the "Contact, Feedback ..." page on this website.
